Website of the Week – Aston All Saints Church of England Primary School

This week we’ve chosen the Aston All Saints Church of England Primary School website which has been as our Website of the Week.

The first thing that catches my eye when I look at it, is the main image of students. This image appears on all pages of the website and it seems to represent the main values of the school – Caring, Sharing, Laughing, Learning. These four values of the school are listed on the homepage; a great way of reminding students and parents what the school cares about.

I particularly like how the school website design involves bright colours while looking professional at the same time. This makes it a perfect website for engaging with both students and parents; it can also be seen as an example for making a website both modern and child-friendly.

The school website is easy to navigate and it includes a variety of academic resources for students and parents which can be accessed through both the website itself or a mobile app. What is more, the ‘Home’ page is very useful for learning more about this outstanding school. Anyone can read about the school’s awards, achievements and other amazing work that it does. For instance, the school has won an award for promoting healthy eating by providing free fruit and fresh water for students.

Overall, we’re really impressed with this school website. Aston All Saints C of E Primary School website really does stand out with a well-designed, informative and engaging website.
